Multifamily assets in Texas and Southern California that offer core-plus or value-add upside
CLASS
Class A or B properties built between 2005 and 2015, typically ranging from 200 to 400 units per asset
RETURNS
We target an 18% IRR, 8% Cash on Cash and 2x Equity Multiple on a 5-year hold
