Elliot Shainberg is the co-founder and managing partner of ShainRealty Capital, where he leads acquisitions, dispositions, operations, asset management, and the development of SRCP Management’s property management division. Since launching the firm in 2019, he has played a central role in expanding its multifamily portfolio nationwide. Prior to ShainRealty, Mr. Shainberg led MSP Group, a boutique commercial brokerage focused on multifamily transactions in South Florida, and began his real estate career in 2003 at Marcus & Millichap. A native of Los Angeles, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Yeshiva University in New York City.

Jonathan Shainberg is the co-founder and managing partner of ShainRealty Capital, where he oversees acquisitions, dispositions, operations, asset management, and the expansion of SRCP Management’s property management division. Since founding the firm in 2019, he has been instrumental in building a national multifamily portfolio. Previously, he worked at Meridian Capital Group, specializing in multifamily brokerage in New York City, and was named to Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” in 2019. Active in the multifamily industry since 2012, Mr. Shainberg began his career at RBC Capital Markets on the real estate investment banking desk. A native of Los Angeles, he holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Boston University.
